Important Information
We are so excited to put on this retreat, and so glad you decided to join this relaxing opportunity. Be prepared to write and learn as well as network. The prices reflect helping to pay for staying at the beautiful oceanfront house, 4 1/2 days of delicious meals (All day Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, with Thursday breakfast and lunch). Snacks throughout day will be provided, as well as coffee, soda, juice and water. If you have particular dietary restrictions, please let us know. Prices are for an individual. If you choose to share a room with a friend, please contact Lori at LoriHayesBooks@gmail.com
Paying for this retreat means you agree not to hold responsible the owner of house, the property management company, or the authors conducting the retreat. This retreat is to help you with your writing skills and to help you relax while giving you the opportunity to network. Nothing other than light alcohol is allowed and certainly no illegal drugs or loud, obtrusive behavior. You agree to keep the house in the same condition as you found it.
There is a no-cancellation policy unless we can rebook your room, and then there will be a forfeit of half the total amount. Any changes need to be communicated to Lori Hayes in writing at lorihayesbooks@gmail.com
Retreat begins Saturday night, November 12th, at 5:30 p.m. Please come ready to eat a late-evening snack. Retreat ends on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. If you'd like to stay additional nights for a discounted nightly rate, Thursday and/or Friday night with an early check-out time, please contact Lori.
